The First Snow
I got a little sentimental thinking of my childhood memories of snow ball fights, making angels, and building igloos. and decided that I needed to expose Adalai to the white wonderland... needless to say Adalai's reaction was as Traever predicted. There were tears. We lasted long enough outside to get this picture of her screaming.

The government is now offering a $6,500 tax credit to those who sell their home that have lived in it for 5 or more years. This is money from the government that you don't have to pay back. This incentive expires April 30th 2010.
1st TIME HOME BUYERS:
The $8,000 1st Time Home Buyer Tax Credit has been extended to April 30th 2010. This is money from the government that you don't have to payback. Interest rates are still low. It's a great time to buy.
